Abstract Submission

General Information

• Registration is mandatory for all presenters whose abstract is accepted for Oral or Poster Presentation. (Early Bird Registration charges will be applied if your abstract gets accepted).

• Abstract must be an original research.

• All abstracts must be submitted exclusively through the official website: imergemgumst.in

• There is NO abstract submission fee.

• The decision of the scientific committee shall be final and cannot be challenged.

• Last date for abstract submission is 30th November, 2025.

• One person can submit a maximum of 3 abstracts.

Abstract Requirements

• Word limit: Maximum 500 words. (excluding title and authors)

• A maximum of one chart and one table may be included in the abstract. (if necessary)

Abstract Format (Mandatory Structure)

All submissions must strictly follow the structure below:

1. Title – Bold

2. Authors' Names (Presenting author's name in bold), affiliations numbered in superscript.

3. Background

4. Objectives

5. Material & Methods

6. Results

7. Conclusion

Note: Abstracts that do not follow this structure or are incomplete will not be accepted.
